Julia’s (Rachel 2’s) new WordPress account and blog. Acknowledging Jackson an others. July 3, 2009

First of all, our friend Julia (AKA Rachel 2) just got a wordpress account. It is: twilightxoxo. Her blog is really cool, www.twilightxoxo.wordpress.com. It’s pretty cool, but not as cool as askrachel. Sorry. Anyways because she is a Rachel (lolzas) she is part of the askrachel team and now that she has an account we will probably add her as an administrator to the blog. Pretty cool eh?

I guess almost everyone has heard about twitter. If you haven’t, I’m not going to waste my time explaining but just go to www.twitter.com to find out and make an account. TTFN!!

Jk jk. I’m still here. As you have most likely heard on the news, many celebrities like Michael Jackson (the king of pop), Farrah Fawcett (from Charlie’s Angels), Billy Mays (pitchman), and Ed McMahon have recently died. Michael Jackson died about 8 days ago, last Thursday. Some of his nicknames include the King of Pop, and Jacko. He may have done some horrible things not worth writing about in the past few years, but made great and sang great songs and made a lasting impression on our hearts forever. I hope Michael and the other celebs rest in peace. Some of Jackson’s most popular songs include “Thriller”, “Man in the Mirror”, “We are the World”, “Billie Jean” and more. He was not always a solo artist though. He was first part of the group, The Jackson 5 (with his brothers) and made hit songs like “ABC”. In the later 70’s he was in The Jacksons (still with his brothers). It’s okay if you don’t like him for what he has done, but at least ackoledge his music. Buy a couple songs on itunes. Go on youtube. Listen to the radio. Even though he is gone, his music will last forver. <3 And I know we’re not usually serious on askrachel but this is a serious topic.
